Shipping and Delivery

All parcels are shipped with Canada Post. Using the postal system eliminates any additional duty or custom charges.

Impact of COVID-19

We have been informed by Canada Post that shipping times will be even more delayed in 2021 because of the supply chain and climate disaster that recently occurred with our neighbours to the west in British Colombia. 

You do have the tracking number and can check the Canada Post tracking website to chart the progress of the order.

Canadian Shipping

There are two options for shipping.

  • Expedited Parcel can take 2-8 business days, based on location. 
  • Expresspost can take from 2-4 business days, based on location. 

The cost of shipping is dependent upon your location. GST is required, and PST/HST may also be applicable.

Customer Service

Good customer service is very important to you and to us. We have most chaps in stock and can ship quickly. If we don’t, the creation of a set is usually completed within one week’s time. We can also work with you to create a pattern for your ride if we don’t have one.

Customized orders will take approximately two weeks for the production process. Shipping time is in addition to that. We will certainly keep you informed along the way.

We always respond to your emails within 24-hours, if not sooner. Our emails confirming your order or the shipping information frequently end up in junk or spam mail. If you haven't heard from us in a timely manner, check there first before contacting us.
